Game results determined by a certified RNG or a live dealer conducting play in accordance with the applicable game rules are final and are not subject to dispute except in cases of demonstrable technical error.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only. You hereby waive any right to bring, maintain, or participate in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative action against ph771.
